Welcome to Daily Little Win. By using this app, you understand and agree to this User Agreement. This Agreement explains the app's services, usage requirements, paid features, auto-renewable subscriptions, disclaimers, and contact information.

Daily Little Win is a local-first tool that helps break tasks into small, actionable steps. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Smart analysis results are for action planning reference only.

Please do not enter passwords, verification codes, identity document numbers, bank card details, payment proof, medical records, or other sensitive information in Daily Little Win. For matters involving money, accounts, identity documents, medical issues, legal issues, or safety, please rely on official channels and professional advice.

1. Service Description

Daily Little Win helps you turn goals and tasks into small steps you can do now. You may enter a goal or task, choose available time, energy level, and task type, and the app will generate a current stage of small actionable steps. The app also provides completion records, benefits, and stage progress to help you keep moving.

2. Local Storage and Privacy

Daily Little Win does not provide an account system and does not operate its own server to store your personal private information. Task content, history, progress, quick settings, and benefit status are mainly stored locally on your device. When you actively use smart analysis, purchase, or restore purchases, the app sends only the minimum information needed to complete that action to the relevant third-party service.

3. Usage Requirements

Please use this app legally and reasonably. Do not use it for illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or service-disrupting activities.
Please do not enter other people's private information or sensitive information such as passwords, verification codes, identity document numbers, bank cards, or payment proof.
Smart analysis results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Credit Packs

New users may receive a limited free trial. After the free trial period or free uses are exhausted, you need an active subscription or credit pack to continue using smart analysis. The actual price, available uses, validity period, renewal, refund, and cancellation rules are subject to the Apple App Store product page and purchase confirmation sheet.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, Apple may charge your Apple ID account before the current subscription period ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Purchase Restoration and Refunds

You may use Restore Purchases in the app to restore active subscriptions. Credit packs are consumable items. Whether a credit pack can be restored and how remaining benefits are displayed depend on Apple transaction records, local app records, and platform rules. Refunds, purchase reversals, and payment issues are handled by Apple App Store under its policies.

7. Disclaimer

Daily Little Win is a task breakdown and self-progress tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses beyond the app service itself that arise from using, relying on, or misunderstanding smart analysis results.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement due to product features, laws and regulations, or review requirements. The updated page will show the new update date. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or other reasonable methods. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
